    • Proven relevant experience on medium or large-sized construction projects of medium to high complexity
    • Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management and value engineering
    • Fluency in English (written and oral)
    • Strong PC skills, ability to use spreadsheets, interpret and collate financial data
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work with tight deadlines and under pressure
    • Ability to work effectively in a team, but also on his / her own initiative
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proactive approach and focus on continuous improvement, including providing well-thought out solutions
